How we use your details
Last updated: September 2026
Who we are
We are RadixSolutions Technologies Ltd, trading as Radix Solutions. We are registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 17194868 and our registered office is 2 Strathfield Gardens, Barking, IG11 9UL. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZC240365.
We decide how your details are used, which makes us the “controller” under UK data protection law. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your first name, email address and mobile number, when you ask for The Dental AI Playbook.
- What you tell us if we speak on the phone, by email or on a booked call.
- Basic records of whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked.
What we use it for
- To email you the playbook you asked for.
- To call or email you about the playbook, and about how Radix Solutions could help your practice.
- To arrange a call, if you book one.
We rely on your consent to do this. You give it when you send the form, which says we may call or email you. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will stop.
How to stop hearing from us
Click “unsubscribe” in any email, tell us on a call, or email [email protected]. We act on it straight away.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details, and we never pass them to other companies for their marketing.
We store them in our customer records system, which is run for us by HighLevel Inc. Our email and phone providers also handle your details when we contact you. HighLevel is based in the United States, so your details may be stored there. When that happens we use the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will. We keep only a note of your request, so we don’t contact you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or ask us to stop using them. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
